2026 – 2027 Community Pride Ticket Program

Program Overview

The Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) Community Pride Ticket Donation Program provides tickets to Colorado nonprofit organizations and eligible not-for-profit schools that serve youth, public servants, and community members who might not otherwise have an opportunity or financial means to attend a professional sporting or entertainment event.

Our goal is to use donated tickets to create meaningful experiences for members of the Colorado community who would otherwise have limited opportunities to attend these events.

Because the number of ticket requests exceeds the number of tickets available, submitting an application does not guarantee that an organization will be accepted into the program, or that an organization will receive tickets if they are accepted into the program.

Eligibility

Your organization must meet the following requirements and comply with the following rules to participate in the KSE Community Pride Ticket Donation Program:

Your organization must be a 501(c)(3) registered nonprofit organization or an eligible not-for-profit school located within the state of Colorado.
You must provide a valid federal tax identification number (EIN) on the application. Federal tax identification numbers are nine digits and follow the format 12-3456789. Colorado state tax identification numbers, which are seven digits, are not accepted in place of an EIN.
Organizations must remain in compliance with OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) requirements and all other applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
The organization is in good public standing.
Booster/fundraising groups, including athletic, faith-based, military, or other booster organizations, are not eligible to participate.
Corporate foundations and employee clubs or associations are not eligible to participate.
Tickets may not be used for fundraising purposes.
Tickets are not provided to for-profit organizations.
Organizations located outside the state of Colorado are not eligible to participate.

Youth/Student Focus

For schools and nonprofit organizations whose primary mission is serving youth, our primary goal is to provide tickets to youth/students and the adults accompanying them.

We also recognize and value the teachers, staff, employees, and volunteers who dedicate their time to supporting youth and our communities. These individuals may also benefit from donated tickets, and a reasonable number of tickets may be used by teachers, staff, employees, volunteers, chaperones, or other appropriate adults.

Our goal is not to exclude these important members of the community, but rather to ensure that ticket donations to youth-serving organizations primarily create opportunities for youth/students who might not otherwise have the opportunity to attend, while also allowing the adults who support them to participate.

Because minors should not attend events on their own, youth/students receiving tickets should attend with an appropriate adult. Depending on the circumstances, that adult may be a parent or guardian, teacher, staff member, volunteer, chaperone, or another appropriate adult designated by the organization.

When a school or youth-serving organization receives multiple tickets, the organization should make a good-faith effort to balance these priorities so that tickets primarily benefit youth/students and the adults accompanying them, while still allowing reasonable opportunities for the teachers, staff, employees, and volunteers who support the organization to participate. While KSE does not require a specific percentage of tickets to be allocated to youth/students, organizations may be asked to explain their anticipated distribution plan, and KSE will consider that information when reviewing applications and any future ticket requests.

Tickets should not be distributed primarily as a staff, teacher, employee, or volunteer benefit.

This emphasis on youth/students represents an important priority of the program and applies to both new and returning participating organizations.

Military Groups & Military Support Nonprofits

Military groups and military-support nonprofit organizations must be in good standing with the Department of Defense (DoD).

KSE may contact your organization to request additional background information or an officer list.

Use of Donated Tickets

Tickets provided through the Community Pride Ticket Donation Program are intended to create opportunities for members of the community who might not otherwise have the opportunity or financial means to attend a professional sporting or entertainment event.

Organizations are responsible for distributing tickets appropriately and ensuring that tickets are used in accordance with the requirements and priorities of this program.

No Fundraising

Tickets may not be sold, auctioned, raffled, or otherwise used for fundraising purposes.

If you are a Colorado nonprofit organization or school seeking an autographed item for a fundraising event, please use the separate fundraising donation request process. Due to the number of requests that we receive for autographed items for fundraisers, we kindly ask that you refrain from following up on the status of your request. A member of our team will contact you if we are able to provide an autographed item for your fundraiser.

Tickets Must Be Used

All tickets received through this program must be used.

If tickets go unused, your organization may have future requests declined. Repeated instances of unused tickets will result in permanent removal from the program.

Organizations should request tickets only when they have a reasonable expectation that the tickets will be used.

Tickets May Not Be Resold

Tickets received through this program may never be resold.

Ticket use and transfers may be monitored for suspicious activity.

Any organization that resells donated tickets will be immediately and permanently removed from the program.

Organization Contact

Each organization may designate one (1) primary contact person who is responsible for receiving ticket-offer emails and requesting tickets on behalf of their entire organization. This ensures a streamlined process for all parties.

Please do not have multiple employees or representatives submit applications for the same organization.

Each individual may represent only one organization in the program.

The contact email address must be a business or organizational email address associated with the organization.

The designated contact is responsible for ensuring that tickets are distributed and used in accordance with the requirements and priorities of the Community Pride Ticket Donation Program.

Electronic Tickets

All tickets are electronic. Physical tickets cannot be provided in accordance with the policies of Ball Arena and Paramount Theatre.

Participants must have access to a smartphone to use electronic tickets.

Please take this requirement into consideration before applying.

If your organization is accepted into the program, you will receive additional information regarding the current ticketing platform and instructions for accepting and transferring tickets.

Application Review and Community Need

KSE receives many requests for a limited supply of donated tickets. As a result, not every eligible organization will be accepted into the program or receive tickets for every event. Past participation in the program does not guarantee continued participation for the upcoming season. We have intentionally designed the ticket request and distribution process to make the allocation of donated tickets as equitable as possible.

When reviewing applications and ticket requests, KSE may consider factors including:

The extent to which the requesting organization advances and aligns with the mission of Kroenke Sports Charities.
The population served by the organization.
The organization's demonstrated community need.
Whether the intended recipients are individuals who may not otherwise have an opportunity or financial means to attend.
For schools and nonprofit organizations whose primary mission is serving youth, the extent to which tickets will benefit youth/students.
The organization's intended use and distribution of tickets.
The organization's history of appropriately using tickets received through the program.
The organization’s history of sharing recipient photos/impactful thank you notes following the event, which we pass along to our ticket donors that make this program possible.
The availability of tickets.

Eligibility for the program does not guarantee that an organization will be accepted into the program in any given year, receive tickets, or have a particular ticket request fulfilled. All decisions regarding program participation and ticket allocations will be made in KSE’s sole, good-faith discretion.

Ticket availability varies by event. Organizations should not expect to receive a ticket offer email for each event that takes place at Ball Arena or the Paramount Theatre.

School Community Need

Schools may be asked to provide information about the percentage of students eligible for free or reduced-price meals.

This information may be used as one factor among several in assessing community need and prioritizing limited ticket resources. It will not be the sole basis for determining whether a school receives tickets.

Annual Application Requirements

You must complete the application thoroughly to be considered for inclusion in the KSE Community Pride Ticket Donation Program.

Please read all program requirements carefully before submitting your application. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in dismissal from the program.

Applications for the program typically open up between August – September every year and are accepted on a rolling basis. There is no deadline to apply. We begin a new application process for the Community Pride Ticket Program every year. We do not roll over contact lists from the program from previous years. We do this to ensure that our list of non-profit/school contacts receiving ticket offers is as up to date as possible. If you participated in past Community Pride Ticket Programs, you will need to complete the following application in order to be considered for continued participation in the program. We are currently accepting applications for the 2026-2027 program. If you participated in the 2025-2026 program and would like to be considered to participate again this season you will need to complete the new application below.

If your organization is approved to participate in the program you will receive an official welcome email from TicketDonations@TeamKSE.com. If you are accepted to the program, we will reach out to you via email when we have a ticket offer available and let you know the maximum number of tickets that you can request for a particular event. We kindly ask that you do not reach out to us in advance to request tickets for a specific event. We will let you know via email when we have tickets available. More information on the process will be provided to you if you are accepted into the program.

Application Review Timeline

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the year.

Due to the large volume of applications we receive, please allow up to three weeks for your application to be reviewed and a decision to be made.

You will receive an email from TicketDonations@TeamKSE.com letting you know whether you are being accepted into the program.

Acceptance into the program does not guarantee that your organization will receive tickets for a particular event.
