Audition Prep Classes
Get ready for Wild Bunch Dance Team auditions by attending our prep classes! Train with the pros and learn a different combo each week. This is a great way to practice picking up choreography before the big day!
While you must be at least 18 years old to audition for the Wild Bunch, anyone 16 or older may participate in the classes. (Dancers under 18 years of age will need to have a parent or guardian sign a waiver on their behalf.) This provides a great opportunity to learn more about the Wild Bunch dance program and get a head start on future auditions by gaining valuable dance and performance skills from the Wild Bunch.

Audition Info:
- Preliminaries: Saturday, October 1, 2022
- Finalists' Training Camp: Tuesday, October 4 – Thursday, October 6
- Final Dance Audition: Sunday, October 9

Audition Participants must:
- be at least 18 years of age (by October 1, 2022) or 17 years of age with a parent or guardian present to sign a waiver on the participant's behalf
- hold a high school diploma or equivalent education
- wear athletic attire and shoes with non-marking soles
- submit a 8" x 10" headshot
- submit a dance resume including any previous dance teams, classes or workshops, current employment and training, educational background, and 3 professional references with email addresses
- complete and submit the 2022 Wild Bunch Audition Registration Form and the 2022 Liability Waiver & Release.
- have reliable transportation to and from all Wild Bunch practices and home games in the Colorado Mammoth 2022-23 season (schedule TBD).
2022 Audition Schedule:
Preliminary Auditions: Saturday, October 1 at Ball Arena
- Online Audition Registration Due: 12pm (noon) MDT on Friday, September 30
- In-Person Audition Registration: 9am Saturday, Oct 1
- Preliminary Round Choreography Instruction begins at 9:30am
Finalists’ Training Camp: Sunday, October 2 – Thursday, October 6
- Tuesday, October 4
- Individual Interviews: 12:30–5:30pm
- Dance Rehearsal: 7:30-10pm
- Thursday, October 6
- Dance Rehearsal: 7:30-10pm
Final Dance Audition: Sunday, October 9
- Finalists’ Check-in: 3pm
- 2022-23 Wild Bunch Announced by 8pm

Finalists' Training Camp:
Details for the Training Camp will be discussed after the Preliminary round of auditions. Finalists will rehearse as a group on Tuesday, October 4 and Thursday, October 6 and interview with a judging panel on Tuesday, Oct 4.
Attire:
- Preliminary Dance Auditions: cropped dance top, fitted bottoms (leggings, dance shorts, briefs, dance skirt) and non-marking soled shoes.
- Finalists’ Training Camp: all black sports bra and fitted shorts or leggings
